Options Screen
When the 'SEGA' logo appears, press 'A' and 'START' simultaneously. If you did it right the options screen will appear. Now simply select the number of ships as 0. You will now have 99 instead, and can complete the game on all levels. As an added bonus, when you complete the game at various difficulties, you will have a different selection of tunes in the options screen to sample.
